Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the technical design for new and existing applications
- Confer with business/system analysts and users to resolve questions of intent, output and data requirements, testing, etc.
- Analyze, review and rewrite programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Apply a structured development process.
- Ensure that coding and data modeling are in keeping with best of class/industry standards.
- Design unit and integration level test cases and strategy.
- Document programs, workflows, data dictionary and subsequent revisions.
- Supervise intermediate and junior level programmers in development life cycles.
- Work with a team of 2-6 developers to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Proficient in VB.NET, C#.NET, Oracle, SQL and OO design methodology
- Familiar with Solaris and Linux systems
Must Have Skills:
- Deep experience in using Visual Studio.NET 2005 and the .NET framework 2.0. 
- Rich experience in working with .NET platform languages, focussing on VB.NET and C#.NET
- Knowledge of ADO.NET.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Extensive skills in building Web based applications
- Strong business knowledge with thorough understanding of software methodologies
- Excellent problem solving skills, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn new products and environments quickly.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree or equivalent related experience.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in web development.
- Thorough in-depth knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes.
- Proven track record in application design, development, and re-engineering.
- Good understanding of current best practices in enterprise application development.
- Ability to analyze functional requirements and express them as layered application architecture.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Overview:
This role will deliver an excellent first impression of Software-Refienry Office to all visitors, employees or individuals with telephone inquiries.  The successful candidate will ensure that reception duties for the office are carried out in a consistent, professional, timely and pleasant manner.  This individual will be a committed member of the Operations and Administrative support teams and be adaptable to new or changing roles within the administrative function. 
Work schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
General Duties:
- Professionally direct visitors and telephone inquires to the appropriate individuals;
- Maintain a neat and well organized work area;
- Manage all outgoing/incoming post office and intercompany mail in addition to couriered items;
- Maintain filing of service entry tickets and vendor uploads;
- Order catering as required for various meetings or training sessions;
- Update the office phone list with any additions or changes in a timely manner;
- Maintain and circulate updates to the emergency call list and on-call schedules;
- Formulate a front desk coverage schedule and keep it up to date within the shared drive;
- Document and maintain instructions for various reception duties to facilitate front desk coverage;
- Notify answering service of office closures;
- Other general administrative support including vacation backup as required. 
Cell Phone Administration Duties:
- Prepare monthly cell phone usage reports and circulate to area Operations management.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Reception or office clerical role;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- General keyboarding skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and priorities;
- Ability to work effectively and contribute within a team culture;
- Ability to work independently and be a resourceful self-starter;
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of general filing systems and practices;
- Good time management skills.
